Description
Youth Transition Support Workers are integral members of our Transitional Support for Independent Living program. They participate in all aspects of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our residents. This position requires morning, evening, overnight and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am. Occasional shifts exceeding 8 hours are scheduled during periods of high activity and for coverage in special circumstances.
