Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a new path, WBF is here to support your journey with inclusive, hands-on learning and a community that believes in your potential.

Their FREE 4-week Pre-Apprenticeship Heavy Equipment Technician program offers the essential safety certifications, hands-on skills, and workplace awareness to prepare you to start your career in an entry-level role in the heavy equipment technician field.
