Our mission is to assist urban Indigenous people in the enhancement of employment skills, create the opportunity for self-sufficiency and independence through access to career or employment counselling, programs and services.

We provide educational, training and employment services to Indigenous people who live in Calgary or the surrounding area.
AFC&TC works in partnership with other service delivery agencies, educational institutions and employers to create training and employment opportunities for Indigenous clients.
