About the Role:

Reporting

The Furnishing/ Composite Technician reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review drawings and instructions.
  • Trim, assemble, and finish each composite piece.
  • Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and tools.
  • Document your work according to company guidelines.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Proficient with composite tools and techniques, such as Prepreg and wet lay-up.
  • Able to stand for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation.

Experience

  • At least one year of experience working with composite materials.
