The Battlefords Treatment Centre is looking for an Addictions Treatment Site Manager to join our team and provide strong leadership within our addiction's treatment program.
This role supports day-to-day operations and provides clinical supervision to our Addictions Counsellors, while working closely with clients on their recovery journey. If you are passionate about helping others, leading with integrity, and supporting healing and wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Lead and support the counselling team
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance
- Support clients in recovery through trauma-informed care
- Ensure program quality, documentation, accreditation standards
- Help create as safe, respectful, and culturally grounded healing environment
What we are looking for:
- Experience in addictions counselling or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to support clients in crisis
- Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning
