Quality Coordinator

Poundmaker’s Lodge Treatment Centres is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to support organizational excellence through quality improvement, CARF accreditation, Occupational Health & Safety, and Human Resources initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining HR records, supporting employee engagement, ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, and contributing to continuous quality improvement across the organization.
The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of related experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of HR practices, CARF standards, and workplace health and safety is considered an asset.
